I only recently started using their services. Within one month I've called them twice for transfer from Brussels suburbs (Belgium) to Thessaloniki (Greece). Prices are very reasonable. Instructions and exchange of messages with staff was prompt and helpful. Packages were handed over to and delivered by DHL. First time it was a delivery of 3 not very big boxes with books. Second time it was a small box with gifts for family. While the first one was certainly not possible with Bpost due to high cost, the second one was also more interesting with Spourgitis because of the tracking that almost annihilated the price difference. Both deliveries were on time, even earlier than estimated, with easy, constant tracking and updates.
