Welcoming and polite service. A front glass was damaged from a small rock and only couple of hours after I started an insurance report in the afternoon, a call from Triplex was received offering to solve the situation already the next morning. Even though I warned them I might be late, they fulfilled their promises with no excuse. Glass was repaired to stop further development of cracks, but due to specific hit of the rock, the hit is still clearly visible (but that was something I was aware of due to the fact the glass itself was not changed).
