Pros: - Well equipped and clean apartment - When I couldn't bear my noisy neighbor anymore I was offered a shorter notice period (normally it is 3 months on a long term contract) in case I decide to relocate to another Sweden Accommodation AB apartment. Cons: - Very expensive: 11000 SEK for a 37sqm studio on Sockenvägen (Rambergsstaden, Hisingen) in an old building. - The move out information was misleading: it says the cleaner you leave the apartment the less you'll have to pay for final cleaning (picture attached). NOT TRUE. After e-mailing the cleaner company I was told that they charge for the size of the apt. regardless of the cleanliness. Total cleaning cost was 2300SEK, even though I left the apartment squeaky clean. I expected some discount as written in the information. - After the last day of contract it took 25 days and 2 e-mail reminders to get my deposit back. - After the 3rd month a new noisy neighbor moved in next door. When mailing the company asking to remind my new neighbor to abide the house rules and stay quiet after 11pm (walls were paperthin there) I was told that despite the neighbor is also a tenant of Sweden Accommodation AB, they won't do anything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
