I used Ober Haus real estate evaluation, Miss IVETA EGLE (PUTNIŅA) She provides fast reply and max cooperation and I recommend everyone to get her help. She deserves a good pay raise tbh! Comparing prices, I literally contacted all places for real estate evaluation and Ober Haus was cheapest! Also SWED Bank provides some 50% discount on their service fee of the loan for Ober Haus. Other services of Ober Haus I havn't tried.

I needed a valuation for a flat in Riga. Andris carried out the work professionally and on time. All of my requests as the client were taken into account and reflected in the final version. Communication was clear and prompt, and the documentation fully met professional standards. I’m grateful for Andris’s thorough and well-organised service.
