Returning items bought via Klarna to the BRL Göteborg store took quite a few calls to BRL headquarters and GBG, but eventually worked out. Would have been nice if I didn't have to follow up three times, hence the minus star.

Very interested in proper HiFi and that has always been understood at BRL. You can get a HiFi set-up here which in Car stereo isn't always the case. Nice personal as well. Recommended

Great shop with plenty of car audio 🔉 products to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.....check them out if your way interested in upgrading your factory car audio system.

Great customer support. Shipped battery was wrecked by PostNord so I reached out to BRL support with proof and they immediately sent out a new one without additional stress. Great company to deal with. Thank you.
