1.) They don’t sell tickets online if departure is sooner then 24 hours. 2.)I came to the station having only apple pay. 3) they don’t provide drivers with device which interfaces with payment cards to make electronic funds transfers. 4.) Klaipeda station ATM machines does not allow you to cash out using contactless touch with phone, you must have physical card in your hands. 5.) So there is no option to buy a ticket if you want to do it on the day the bus leaves and if you don’t have cash or physical bank card to cash out money. 6.) Driver paid for me and i wire money to his personal account. ( that might not be the case for you) 7.) Driver gets 5stars, company 1. On average 3

I ordered the wrong ticket , i mean wrong of the wrong place, and I have got the email from agent named Ingrida, she was trying to make sure if I really wanted to travel from that i ordered for, she wanted to find out if i didnt do a mistake with my order. Very nice of her! Only because of that email I realized that i really did a mistake there, otherwise I would have realized this way too late. Then I mailed her if the change of the tickets are possible, I mailed her late (after working hours) and she actually answered, and reorganized my tickets without any fee! If she didnt do that, I would have been in a very big trouble. Would have been stuck at Riga airport most likely, while my home is far away from there, other country actually. I will never forget this day! I had only good experience with ollex before, very strange to find bad reviews here at all, but this day changed my perspective about this company even more - now its really one of my favorite companies I have ever knew at all, and im not talking only about transport companies but in general!

Very mixed experience. Their younger driver seemed very nice and friendly. Their older drivers remind me of the good old Soviet times. When I ask questions, they don't like to speak. Sometimes they just point with fingers and stay silent. They don't seem to want to help you. Also, I was very confused when we stopped midway at a fuel station for a 5 minute smoking break. Is this even safe or legal?

Thought I better review this company after using them. I booked tickets online from klaipeda to riga. I then saw the reviews on Google Maps and worried a bit. I arrived on time at the bus station and the small coach turned up. It did get us to Riga and on time. The driver was nice. On the 4 hour trip there was only 1 five minute break in Siauliai. So, for us, it worked! If you plan it right, you can also get a train to do the same route. Which is Klaipeda- Siauliai- riga.
