Cheap place for a one night stay before/after the airport, all you need is in the apartment. The surroundings are a bit creepy but that's ok.

It is ok, considering the price. I think it needs renovation and some deep cleaning, and the area is not very attractive. But, on the plus side, it is sufficiently large for a small family. It has a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge, and a stow. All of which are convenient to have when staying for a long time. Also, the TV is connected to the internet.
