Liepājas Peldu iestāde is a historic cultural and architectural landmark located at Miķeļa Valtera iela 13 in Liepāja, Latvia. Originally built in 1902 according to the design of architect Pauls Makss Berči, the building served as a renowned bathhouse and health resort for European and Russian aristocracy, offering sea water baths, hydrotherapy, and various sauna treatments. The site is currently recognized as a state-protected urban monument, with ongoing plans and development projects aimed at its restoration and transformation into a modern spa and hotel complex.

Langai ir durys užkaltos. Gal ateityje kažkas čia bus.

Ilgstoši pamesta. Atrodas pilsētas centrā, ļoti eksotiskā vietā un stāv ar izsistiem logiem un pamesta. Vizuāli izskatās, ka ēka minimāli tiek uzturēta un nav pakļauta bojāejai. Lai arī gandrīz visi logi ir izsisti, tomēr lielākai daļai ir priekšā restes. Durvis arī tiek uzturētas slēgtā stāvoklī.
