Zvanu šorīt uz saplāksnis.elvē. Spriežot pēc numura, atbild klientu menedžeris. Saruna: KM: Ja! Es: Labrīt! KM: Labrīt. Es: Man interesētu, vai pie jums iespējams iegādāties ar ozolu fienierētu saplāksni galda virsmai? KM: (pirms esmu pabeidzis savu sākamo) Nav. Es: Kā lūdzu? KM: Nav. Sarunas beigas. Nu paldies. Žēl, ka rakstiski nevar nodot tālāk atbilžu intonāciju (tikai tik, cik ar interpunkciju). Kurā skolā apmāca šitos klientu menedžerus?
