First of all, pricing point/price for value is great. Project is sustainable, with greenery around it, location is one walk away from shops, transportation and parking - which is a plus for daily needs & this area of the city is slowly developing. Location (not much fuss and noise around, the area is pretty much closed) and artsy idea behind the project is great!
