The apartments are well maintained and the staff are top notch empathetic people. The building quality and security are first class. Parking and common spaces are clean. The neighbors are courteous and polite. City Star Riga provides good value for money and I highly recommend them to all.

We were so impressed with everything about living in Cēsu 9 building, most importantly the management and other workers were always reachable and willing to go beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. We always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. We just would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We completely fell in love with the 3 bedroom apartment in Cēsu 9, from the floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the location was perfect. I have been living at Cesu 9 for 3 years already, and I can confidently say the project is very well built and thoughtfully designed. The walls are thick, providing excellent sound insulation — I never hear any noise from neighbors. The materials used throughout are high quality, which makes the place feel solid and modern. Whenever something needs attention (for example, a broken washing machine), the service team responds quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s a high-standard project with great attention to detail and reliable management.
