Строят вроде неплохо, гарантийный ремонт делают медленно, с напоминаниями, но пока вроде делают. Продажи и связанная коммуникация это полное фиаско. В случае с Даце и Лаурисом было непонятно помогают они купить квартиру или больше мешают, новая смена продавцов какая-то уже на грани срыва. Был лучшего мнения о Merks.

Very nice projects and I heard it’s a good quality , but need to improve sales team work & attitude. I’m trying to reach out sales people via email and different phones for few days with no luck! Sent email with inquiry - no response. One person said she’s on holidays, promised to send colleagues phone number and never did. Found her colleagues number on their page and no one responses. Passed message to the secretary (who was polite, but couldn’t provide any info at all about the Merks project) with my phone number asking to pass to sales person to call me back - nothing happens. Is this the right way to do the business? It’s usually sales people work to chase customers, not the other way around
