Really solid company. I booked two trips, one was amazing, very comfortable seat, straightforward check in, free drinks etc. Second trip I couldn’t do due to some reasons so I was able to refund the ticket immediately or even change the date. Highly recommend

Clean bus, spacious and leaves on time. Wifi, a bottle of water and toilet available. Can also charge your devices with a power outlet between seats.

Bus is ontime. Seat is comfy. BUT Our bus vibrate sooo loudly, I couldn't relax at all- as to compensate we need to put on our music with headset very loudly. They need to fix the interior so that the vibration will be gone. So, all in all only 3 stars.

It was a mess with the online tickets on 13th August, at the end we finally arrive at our destination and their staff was communicative and nice with us. Their 🚍 was clean and they had buspad, possibility to charge your phone and a lot of space for your legs.

Easy online booking via their app, you can see all the different hours of the day going to your location and choose your seat. Upon completion, a barcode will appear, bus number and terminal where it will be . This barcode is presented upon entry into the bus alongside your ID/Passport etc. The bus is clean, comfortable, time conscious, spacious with a leg rest, screen with movies and charging pods , in board toilet and also WIFI. They offer free hot drinks , drivers are diligent and customer service is great 😊 👍
