I'm bike packing and don't know much about bike mechanics so turned up with a number of questions (and some anxiety at looking stupid) but these guys were attentive and immediately worked on my bike to fix the issues. They even gave me route advice and took time to explain and adjust the mechanics. Very fair pricing and all around good experience

Happy to use this facility, also that they now accept Vanmoffs is great. I got new buttons installed and checked on the gears. All works nice now. So good work.

Best bike store I’ve been! I broke my pedal thread on a tour but the store safed our day/week. Very kind employees and owner, especially if you‘re used to German service. Great coffee and store concept aswell by the way, thank you from the German boys:)

The nicest people in town. Very relaxed and they managed to fix the gear issues I had with my Canyon bike ever since I bought it 2 years ago. Great service, thank you!

Great service It is an authorized Canyon partnership service point. Fixed my gear issues after I received my new Canyon. Also tried their coffee. You can enjoy beautiful view by laying on their couch outside their store.
