IHP: Clear and competent handling of requests and orders. Market-based prices. Easy communication because at IHP it is possible to communicate in several languages.

Nice Company, Good Service, Quick and reliable. we had issues with deliverd goods, but they were solved perfect. Heated hose preforms perfect now.

Very professional service. Our company ordered several different types of heating elements that were custom built at IHP from samples. The customer service is very friendly and fast, pricing is competent and product quality matches or exceeds original manufacturer quality. Overall rating 10/10
