It was a great experience for me as an Ethiopian and my foreign friends to experience the Habesha restaurant for the first time.

Very good food. They just opened again after a renovation. Very friendly staff and good vibe! See you guys next time!!

The crocodile file was delicious🤤. Also, the DOMODA was worth the price. For Indians the dish ASA DIBS is the one you can try as the soft bread was kind of dosa and the white fish was tasty.

First time tasting Ethiopian food and I can’t say I was disappointed. We started off by trying the crocodile fillet and it set the bar really high. As a main we tried the 2person Bejajneto which is a mixed plate that tasted amazing. Before coming to the restaurant we were told through e-mail that the restaurant had been temporarily relocated. But when we arrived that wasn’t the case. The original location luckily wasn’t far off. We arrived to a beautifully decorated restaurant with a buzzing atmosphere.

Although the place is a little bit away from the rest of the city it is definitely worth going. The Ethiopian food is excellent and there are very good vegan and vegetarian options as well as very good cocktails. The atmosphere is particularly nice and cozy and the staff is kind and quick to serve you. I would definitely recommend both for tourists and locals.
