One of the rechargeable batteries wasn’t charging upon delivery. They sent a new pair straight away. The agent said” it’s really about just keeping it simple and clear” I was SO impressed. This is the best customer service I have received in Sweden. I have worked for both Nike and Spotify and have sold 100,000 kr as a gold star seller on EBay. I am impressed and grateful! Great company!!!!!

Bought a Mammotion Luba 2 awd 3000 from Datanova. Delivery was delayed about 2 months. Would have been nice to be informed about delays sooner and more frequently. Also som quick setup guide more in detail from seller would have been nice. But overall very good experience.
