I was quite nervous after reading so many bad reviews about the delivery after I ordered a delivery service from Ikea today. But I just received all the packages one hour ago and it turned out to be great! I received a sms one hour ahead before my booking time 19:00-22:00 and I could track where the truck was and how many delivery before me. They gave me a call when it was my turn and told me they would arrive in 20mins, I went downstair and waited for them 10mins after I got their call and waited for 5mins then got another call when they was close to my place. They parked the truck right in the front of the door and passed the goods from the truck quickly and all went smoothly! Although they missed one small stuff when they told me everything was completed, but since I tracked the goods when they passed them to me, I told them there was one more thing left. They searched for it in the truck and found it in the corner. All in all, this was a good experience!
