Jättenöjd med ombyggnaden av vårt badrum i samband med stambyte! Vi hade mycket kontakt med Adnan Lukac som alltid tog sig tid att besvara våra frågor och även - när så behövdes - ge konkreta förslag på olika lösningar för att vi skulle kunna få det badrum som vi önskade. Vänligt, tydligt och professionellt bemötande som gjorde att stambytet flöt på över förväntan. Hela Stambytesgruppen arbetade effektivt och färdigställde arbetet inom utsatt tid - stor eloge för detta.

We have gone through stambyte in 2024 spring at BRF Harpaltan 1. Through the stambyte and after they have been very helpfull. As I dont speak swedish well, I was so happy to get help also in my own language 🙏 There was only minor errors in the bathroom ( I was on holiday half of the time, was not present) which they have spotted and corrected. Reliable, friendly, helpful, able team of professionals. 👍🏽 Thank you 🙏

Just want to say thank you to Zand, Ertugrul, Project Managers and all experts craftsmen and workers for the bathroom they delivered to us and the entire communication we have had over the course of our stambyte! This is part of a truly gianormous project in our association (like around 2 years if i am not mistaken) and I can only speak for our bathroom quality and the process so far (for example we have no idea yet how will the actual total project costs exceed the initial budgeting and how this will affect us all owners). But I do know for sure that we are really happy with the final result of both of our bathrooms, even with the many customisations that we asked for (that rationally many people might fear if they deviate from the 'standard' bathroom). Some points to note: They have been fast to reply, polite and prompt to make changes we identified. We do firmly believe it is a project you need to supervise yourself too if you want details to be done correctly. So it's not a 'leave and forget it' project in our opinion. But the team has been incredibly good at communication with us and prompt to make adjustments we caught on time and overall very accommodating. My advice is: be as clear and specific as possible on the things that are important to you in the first rounds of feedback on the specifications document. They print this and put it inside the flat. Also if something is super important and specific, make sure you are on top of it. They have a trillion things to cater to; It's good if you are on top of it too to highlight points very particular to your preferences and goods you ordered. This seemed extremely stressful before getting into it (like everything from how will our chosen tiles and items arrive to what grout to put in between tiles and how the floor plates will be cut to look nice) but Zand and Ertugrul were so on top of things that it eased our anxiety right away. Brf Harpalten valde att anlita Stambytesgruppen för stambyte. Jag känner mig väldigt tacksam över det valet! Vi beställde en ombyggnation av vår lägenhet där badrummets area utökades, en gästtoalett tillbyggdes och köket flyttades. Till saken hör att jag bestämde mig för detta i grevens tid efter att ha vacklat fram och tillbaka kring erbjudandet. Då var det egentligen ”för sent” men tack vare Ertugrul, så lyckades de ordna så att vi kunde gå vidare med ombyggnationen. Ertugrul förtjänar en stor eloge för hans förmåga att hantera alla frågor, önskemål, ändringar och korrigeringar. Jag tror att få hade varit så tillmötesgående! Därtill kände jag verkligen ett genuint engagemang där de var måna om att vi skulle bli nöjda, samtidigt som de var noga med att inte utlova något som inte kunde infrias. Detta resulterade i att ombyggnationen blev exakt som vi planerat - på centimetern… När produktionen väl satte igång genomsyrades kontakten med Tomas av samma fina bemötande och vilja att tillmötesgå våra önskemål. Jag vill också framföra ett stort tack till alla hantverkare som gjorde detta möjligt! Trots att Stambytesgruppen reserverade sig för att renoveringen skulle ta betydligt längre tid i vår lägenhet p.g.a. ombyggnationen (som ju var ett stort åtagande utöver stambytet), så var de klara mycket tidigare än utlovat. Jag kan bara lämna mina allra varmaste rekommendationer; tack för att ni möjliggjorde detta, vi är så nöjda! 🙏
