Honestly, I was a bit scared after all the bad reviews but I can only say good things about the Budget car rental in Stockholm city. Even though we did not get the car we booked (KIA eNiro), that is usually the case in all car rentals, but we did get a very nice and quite new substitute which was still an electric car with good range and super fast charging that did not ruin our travel plans at all. The guy who served us was super friendly, the getting of the car was very easy, convenient and fast, we were explained all the return rules and prices. I had read that there is a congestion fee in Stockholm and Gothenburg which you have to pay when renting a car from these cities so that was the only additional charge but it did not come as a surprise. Drop-off was also super easy and no hassle. Security deposit also returned to the card in a few days after the drop-off so no issue there either. Thank you we really enjoyed our roadtrip with the great car you provided and will be returning again!
