We were looking for a specific unglazed tile made by Winckelmans in France and weren’t having much luck finding it in the United States. Simona went above and beyond helping us with the large order and arranging the shipment that came to us in Florida in perfect condition! We highly recommend this business!

They seem to have good products but sent them by Budbee who found out the locker was too small for the items, and so they sent everything back. Said locker was IN MY STREET a few doors down, so that's how far they came before sending it back to Sekelskifte. During the whole process, no messages from Sekelskifte or Budbee, I had to find out via the tracking and Budbee's customer service what happened. Eventually a new shipment was sent and the tiles I ordered were really nice. So five stars for the products themselves, 2 stars for the initial service. It ended well though.

Amazing products, solid, very detailed and elegant. The customer service is very busy but helpful and kind.
