3*** because of bad service The sauna Loke costs 6,000 euros, the delivery was on time and the material is good, the instructions have a few minor weaknesses, but in total is fine. Now to the negative points. When installing the roof shingles, we had too few shingles, which is very annoying because of the rain protection, Now I assumed that a call is enough to deliver another package by express. Wrong thought: Polhus has its warehouse in Estonia and can not send replacement items. I was advised to buy shingles locally, but the Hexagonal cardboard is almost never available. So I had to buy flat shingles at the hardware store. The customer service is not solution oriented, but demands first the batch number and then photos to check if I have mounted the shingles wrong. However, this is not about 30 euros, but a quick solution. Why doesn't Polhus have the most important parts in reserve and in stock? After all, the barrel sauna costs over 6,000 euros. Very embarrassing is also that Polhus can not send the invoice as a pdf, but only in the mail text in the email, so you have to copy out the invoice. In sum, too little performance for the price

Really great service so far, order is due to arrive shortly and within the agreed time from placing the order. Communication has been great and they always answer the phone and are pleasant to deal with… looking forward to receiving my order. Happy to leave another review once installed

Ahmed provided me great support both during the purchasing and construction phases. I assembled the sauna myself and Ahmed was always available on the phone for support. I did not have that many questions and they were mainly related to uncertainties in the provided assembly drawings.
