Really happy with the rentals I have done here, and I saw the 1 star review and felt like someone got unlucky, so wanted to chime in with my experience after having rented 6 times with the venue. it has been really nice service minded people, but two times I haven't had my things together and they have tried to help me.

I rent regularly (several times a year) from Hertz at Jörgen kocksgatan in Malmö. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the cars are always clean and also affordable. I can recommend this rental office if you need to rent a car when in Malmö.

Top of the line attention. Clear rules for rental but with a very smart flexibility when needed. I just love the agility and the customer focus attitude. The gals there are just very supportive . It’s a no brainer to go to Hertz if you want to rent a car in Malmö

Many thanks to Hertz for making my summer a trip to remember. After customer support had searched extensively for a location that offers bike racks in Sweden, the team in Malmö has taken great care of my requests before, during, and after my 2 months rental. Most importantly, I had the pleasure to drive a powerful, comfortable, and yet thrifty car with all the technical frills one could wish for when crusing on Nordic roads. Even from a price-to-value perspective, their service was unmatched when booking ahead. It goes without saying that I can highly recommend this station. One consructive feedback: If there was an up-to-date list with locations that provide bike racks, then both customers and the support team could save precious time and energy in finding one, thereby making the overall booking process even smoother.
