A very kind lady patiently helped me fix the problem. Payment by Swish or cash was easy and convenient. I sincerely hope that small shops like this — built on expertise, warmth, and genuine human connection — will continue to exist in the heart of Stockholm.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Everything was handled smoothly and exceeded expectations. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

We arrived at opening 0930 (easy trip from our hotel via the tram) and Erica greeted us, explained the rules (she is the washer!) she does the wash and dry and the rate is posted -- cash only but she takes USD, Euro and SEK. We had one load, no sorting and it was done within two hours. I only asked for the wool socks to not be placed in dryer, and she had them over the laundry basket when we returned. While we waited we strolled the neighborhood, got some needed things at the Hemköp, and enjoyed a coffee. Perfect. Thank you, Erica, next trip to Stockholm I will definitely remember you!

Friendly service, 2 baskets of clothes were washed in one hour. If I come to Stockholm again, I will definitely come back here. 🅿️Parking is also convenient

Great place to get laundry done in Stockholm. Dropped off clothes and they were done in 90 minutes. Friendly service, spoke perfect English, highly recommend. Cash only, ATM a few blocks away. Brought our own unscented detergent and dryer sheets - no problem. Best laundry experience we’ve had in our travels
