As a local business i have been buying from bauhaus for over 20 years and sometimes its great and sometimes its the worst thing ever🤬, but that the way it is when you deal with a supermarket of hard products in 2021... the only reason i want to write a review is not because of all the times i have been met by rude nochalant and arrogant staff that who really shouldnt be in this job😈 but instead i want to thank the heros of bauhaus lannä.. 1. Vesna, on tools, my god this girl gets customer service, speed and attitude 😀 what she lacks in powertool information she make up with making sure you are only 100% nöjd when you get what you need ...3. Kiki i think it is her name, a lively middle aged blond swedish women who works in the middle section but my god she will always great you with a smile no matter how many impatient customers she has looming around, i love her helpfulness and positive attitude.. a true ray of sunshine 3. Last but never least Matteus the polish/swedish company guy who looks after the paint section ...this guy will break his back to make sure bauhaus give the best possible product to your requirements, we use a lot of paint and he will always advise the best products at the best prices sometimes its not the cheapest in comparison too jula or rusta ...but service is worth so much more than 50kr per litre at cheaper than the guy next door.. Sometime he looks tired and worn out but never ever will say tyvärr kan inte hjälpa dig... a real asset to bauhaus länna i hope the management respect and value thier key staff ..Simon Hypersports Sweden
