Great service and great staff. We were offered a free and substantial upgrade from our original reservation by very nice an friendly employee. Made our vacation perfect :)

Straight forward pick-up and drop. Very helpful customer service. You can change the dates yourself up until the pick-up. Even I made a mistake and the customer service quickly fixed my return date, while I had the car. So I did not have to pay one day extra. The service is worth the money.

My wife and I had to return our hire car in Stockholm before leaving Sweden and continuing our trip through Europe. Both Abboud G and Rebecka T were incredibly helpful with helping us sort this out and organise another rental car for us to use for the rest of our journey. We truly appreciate all they did for us!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Abdulrahim, who made the process smooth. The cars are new and in excellent condition. Prices are higher than some competitors, and daily mileage can be limited, which may affect longer trips to nearby countries like Norway and Denmark. For rentals over two weeks, mileage restrictions apply, and unfortunately, there is no special benefit for members to get unlimited mileage, which can be inconvenient for long-term renters.

After the rental they tray to charge me that I am responsible for the scratches on the wheel rim. I had a photo when I picked up the car (added). This solved the problem, but the unpleasant feeling remained. This happened in correspondence. Personal service - polite and correct, I liked it. Car - very good.
