I used Baltic transfers and tours three times and they were absolutely fantastic. I used them for transfers, with excursions, from Vilnius to Riga and then Riga to Tallinn so they are perfect for any Baltic tour. Also used them for an excursion or eastern Latvia. My family of our — including our teenagers — have traveled to India, Japan, all over Europe, Middle East and I can’t think of a better company that I’ve worked with than Baltic Transfers and Tours. The vehicles were well appointed, safe, and clean. Our drivers Ivars, Martins, and Karlis were always on time, informative, friendly, and spoke terrific English. They are very enthusiastic about their work and treat their clients like valued friends. I enjoyed getting to know all of them. I honestly can’t think of any criticism or improvement. Let me end with a story: our flight was diverted from Vilnius to Tallinn due to weather and Lufthansa just left us there without any guidance. I wrote to Karlis about our situation. I did so because our communication was so good before the trip and I had no plan in country where I don’t speak the language. Karlis, within minutes of me writing (and not expecting me to write), wrote back, research some options, and because of him I was able to find a flight that got me into Vilnius that night. If you want a hassle and worry free vacation, transportation at a reasonable price, use this company. You won’t regret it.

Very professional and reliable service. Excellent communication from time of booking. Our driver patiently waited for us 3.00 am as we had to fill in forms for our missing luggage. He was extremely polite and understanding, fluent in English and gave us useful tips along the way. Highly recommended.

Such a cool and exceptional tour we had. Clean & comfortable vehicle. Our Guide Carlos was superb, wry knowledgeable and sweet. Apart from Parnu and Turaid castle, he went out of his way to show us Riga and hand over at Opera to our old town Guide.
