I already ordered my second shiro kamo via cleancut. The first one nakiri impressed me, so i ordered a bunka as well. Because of an unexpected change of the design and handle of the shiro kamo bunka in their newest shipment the support contacted me to figure out a solution. Im very impressed by the support. Others maybe wouldnt mind at all or I have to send it back or sth else... But cleancut offered me to change the handle on their costs. Absolut amazing custom service. Plus, the support was very very fast and kept me up to date about every step. Thank you guys, that experience was amazing :)

I've bought a fair few knives, covers and now sharpening blocks from Clean Cut. The speed of shipping has always been fantastic, and when I've needed advice, it's always been absolutely top notch, including advice that means I've spent less money with them. Their customer service is right up there. Plus the plasters are a lovely touch.
