Professionally sound 5/5 Studio 4/5 Attitude and service 5/5 Dealing regarding costs 3/5 (I was not informed how do they charge and what is the mechanism. I made reservations via phone and I was not informed about the pricing until after the photoshoot despite asking for a couple of time) All info is available online, just make sure you have read it before you arrive.
