Worst customer service ever. I have placed an order, after 1 week I have been informed that some parts are in back order. There was no follow up from the customer service, I am the one chasing the status of my order, and after 3 weeks I still don't know if I will receive what I have ordered or not. Really not recommend from my side. I am changing the evaluation to 3 cause at the end the problem has been solved.

HIGHLY recommended. Placed an order for a robotic mower for international delivery. Superfast delivery as promised. (and thanks for the extra attention in the box ;) ) Unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the components on the manufacturer side, outside of GPL's control. One mail and some phone calls later, everything was up and running. They went above and beyond to resolve this issue. Could not be happier, thanks for the excellent service!
