Free to Register: Signing up and using core features—like listing or browsing—is free.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep login credentials secure.
Use of paid features as a seller (e.g., "Featured Listing" (later)) involves additional fees disclosed during the listing process.

You retain ownership of your listings content, but grant Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, modify, and distribute it on the Platform.
Listings must comply with our guidelines and applicable laws. We may remove or suspend listings for violations without notice which are as follows:
Accuracy & Honesty: All listings and profiles must be truthful. It is forbidden to publish false, misleading, or deceptive information—such as misrepresenting ownership, pricing, or condition of goods or services (e.g., bait-and-switch or false advertising)
Appropriate Content Only: Do not post content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate. Nudity, adult content, hate speech, incitement to violence, or harassment are strictly prohibited.
Respect Privacy & Intellectual Property: Do not use photos, text, or details from others' listings without permission. Respect all copyrights, trademarks, and personal data regulations.
Legal Use Required: All content must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited content includes—but is not limited to—stolen goods, hazardous materials, and disallowed content within your jurisdiction

Optional paid services are clearly priced during listing creation if there are any (e.g., Featured Listing boost or others).
Fees depend on category and duration and are seenable during the listing creation process. Payments are processed upon submission and non-refundable if the listing goes live unless removed by you in accordance with the Terms.

All fees paid to Platform - including listing fees, Featured Listing boosts, and any other charges—are non refundable under any circumstances once payment is processed. This applies regardless of whether the service has been used, partially used, or not yet appeared on the platform. Users should carefully review and confirm their selection before making a purchase.

If there are any fees you will see them before the checkout process in full, otherwise if there is free listing, it's for free for specific category or publication terms.
Platform keeps the right to change the pricing accordingly to our marketing activities and the user is informed by choosing the service and seeing the concrete amount.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that:
Once payment is made, the amount is final and will not be returned.
There are no exceptions or credits offered after the transaction is complete.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases required by law (e.g., defective service, fraud), as may be determined at Platform's sole discretion.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, post illegal or abusive content, or infringe on others' rights.
You are responsible for any actions taken under your account.

Platform is a venue for connecting users - it does not guarantee transaction outcomes or verify listing accuracy.
We are not liable for user-conduct, listing errors, or external links. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All Platform content remains Platform's property or is licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We may aggregate non-personal data (e.g., listing counts, location trends) to improve services or share in anonymized form.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or listings for violations of these Terms.
You may delete your listing at any time before the end of its paid period. However, all fees paid—whether for listing, featured placement, or any other paid service—are final and non-refundable, even if the listing is removed early. This is regardless of whether the service was used, partially used, or not used at all.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by Latvian law.
Disputes will be resolved by Latvian courts unless otherwise legally required.
