The owner of the shop is very professional and very friendly. He offers a perfect service, answers all questions with a lot of patience. One afternoon I decided I wanted a jogging stroller. Next morning I had a jogging stroller. Without leaving the house, waking my baby from the nap or struggling with latvian. I contacted the seller via WhatsApp and got an immediate response. All my questions were quickly answered, some even after working hours. Excellent and efficient customer service (also in English). Bought Mont Blanc Roof Rack with this for me unknown company. Super kind and fast response through whatsapp and email to questions. Cheap distribution service to the Netherlands. Will buy there again. And oh yes the product is awesome. Supersafe and easy to install: mont blanc xplore roof rack/bar.
