I first saw the product on Instagram and I liked it very much. I ordered on Feb 21st, and I paid the first half of the price ($45) for the 13 cm product. Then I received a video about the final product 7 days later. I paid the rest of the payment i.e. ($45) and they shipped it the next day. Note that they do not make non-latin letters like 'ö - ü - ğ' ...etc. My order took 3 weeks to get here (knowing that I ordered from Türkiye). I am satisfied with the product and I do recommend it. It was well wrapped up but the packaging could be improved.
