Good place to live for short term, clean, fast aksess to city. Good parking. Very nice workers.

I lived here for 4 months during my semester abroad. The rooms are affordable and clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful, the location is great and central! There is a laundromat in the building. However like many other reviews state, there is a noticeable food smell from other rooms.

I have been staying in this apartment for about two years, and my experience has been really pleasant. The place is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to live in. The location is also convenient, with the main bus stand at Abrenes iela close by. A special mention to Anna, who manages the apartment. She is always warm, welcoming, and very helpful. Any queries or issues are addressed promptly. If something is not working, she immediately arranges for the electrician or maintenance team to fix it without delay. Overall, I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place.
