They provide such fast service on getting photos printed. Great quality photos. We needed a 5x5cm photo but the smallest they offer is 10x10 so I customized the image myself to be white space around the picture and they understood that and printed it accordingly so that the photo truly remained 5x5 and we were able to pick it up within hours. Really great. Handicap accessible. Friendly staff. Loads of picture frames for sale in the shop as well. Will go back to buy those when we need more!

Had an amazing experience with them ordering a personalized calendar! The quality of the calendar surpassed my expectations and the customer service was fantastic. Definitely recommend if you wanna make a personalized calendar for your friends and loved ones (Not adding any picture of them as they have personal pictures, but I assure the quality is great!)

I can describe from a point of view of a film photographer, first of all. Grafi Foto it's a dynasty and soul business. And this kind of company's value could be created with a time only. On my opinion, very important to support this business model and you definitely will get naturally warm service back, absolutely not because of marketing or corporate rules - but just because of humanity. At the same time, service as well as quality of products are decent, and this place deserve for a new customers from locals, new expats and travellers. Highly recommend.

Service was amazing but for me it is bit expensive. In Gothenburg mostly the photo studios keep open until 4 or 5pm but here you can visit until 6 pm. They have an app where you can upload your photos online, select the size and collect later from the shop. Easy Peasy 😀
